Terms and Conditions

Accepting Terms and Conditions:

When you contract 3DVT for any services or products you accept the following Terms and Conditions, except if there is any previous written term or contract signed and accepted by both parties.

Payments:

Payment is due on the day when services were performed or upon delivery, except as previous written consented and stated by parties. 3DVT will send an invoice by email upon services completion. Payment shall be made online through a payment link, unless otherwise stated by parties.

Turnaround projects:

We are a service 24h/7 responsive, we make our best efforts to delivery all projects until 2 days, but there are situations where some projects could take more, in those cases, projects will be up asap.

Prepare property:

To reach the best material, make sure the property is clean, each shot location is vacant, and all lights are on. It’s important to removing anything that clients do not want to appear in the photos, 3D Virtual Tour and videos.

Cancelation policy:

Cancellation or reschedule an appointment must be 24-hour advanced notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24-hour notice will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

30 minutes tolerance for any impediment of the photographer do the job, after that time should be consider cancellation/Noshow, and the amount of $75.00 will be charged.

The Company reserves the right to terminate the project/services immediately if the Company representative determines that continuing the drone operation or other service would pose a safety risk.

No refund after job performed.

Distance:

We attend all SoCal territory. Los Angeles area, Orange County, San Bernardino, and Riverside counties. Requests for services far from Greater Los Angeles Area may be added a travel fee of $75,00 (up 50 miles) $120,00 (up 100 miles). Other longer distances needs previous negotiation between the parties.

Service:

We use cameras with HDR technology but, depending on the situation, where – for example – sun exposure it’s too intense (like open areas in sunny days) it is not possible to make the virtual tour at a first sight. This areas will be included with 360 Photos.

The 3D cameras just align the images with path way, all separate spaces like guesthouses and others, if there is no connection, shall be discussed between parties once that this fact can result in no inclusion on the 3D Virtual tour, but will eventually be included on 360 Photos or it will be necessary other project and other fees. Parties must consider this.

Cloud Hosting:

3DVT will provide hosting of the project areas, considering the terms stated as follows:
• 3D Virtual Tours for listing Real Estate properties: will be hosted for free for the first 7 (seven) months after the delivery to the client.
• 3D Virtual Tours for Businesses: will be hosted for free for the first 13 (thirteen) months after the delivery to the client.

At the end of the above mentioned period, the 3D Virtual Tour links will become inactive and no longer visible online.

Clients may then extend the cloud hosting period after the payment of a fee:
– for either $10 per month;
– $55 for a 6 months period or
– $100 for a 12 months period.

If 10 days after expiration, the cloud hosting was not renewed, the 3D Virtual Tour will then be deleted, and a new 3D Virtual Tour will have to be purchased again, if the client later decides to have a 3D Virtual Tour of the same space.

Licensing copyrights of photos, video, 3D virtual tours and project plans:

3DVT LLC grants non-exclusive rights of all images, videos, marketing material, produced for all clients for use by any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property. Eventual exceptions shall be made or stated through contract or other formal statement previously signed and agreed between parties involved and 3DVT LLC.
